Qualifications

Role Overview

As an AP Accounting Supplier Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing timely daily area activities such as data analysis, supplier support and payment execution. You will work closely with AP Operation team, Purchasing team and other internal customers. Your role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of JBT's AP Payments while ensuring compliance with internal controls and facilitating effective communication across teams. It is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to learn and to progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure all AP tasks are covered and keep fluent communication, teamwork spirit and good atmosphere within the team.
• Perform daily operations of the Accounts Payable area: Invoices processing, payment execution, supplier’s queries.
• Report scorecard and other AP metrics monthly.

Position Requirements

• Graduate in Business Administration
• 1-3 year experience in Accounts Payable & Accounting in multinational company.

• Accounts payable knowledge (Invoices, payments)

• Fluent verbal /written Spanish and English

Location & Mobility

Mobility: Position based in Madrid (San Fernando de Henares) and limited travelling within European Union or USA might be required.
