Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Madrid is seeking an AP Accounting Supplier Support Specialist to perform daily AP activities, analyse data, and support supplier payments. You will collaborate with AP Operations and Purchasing teams to ensure accuracy and timely payments.

Requirements include a degree in Business Administration and 1–3 years in AP/Accounting in a multinational environment, with strong English and Spanish proficiency and ERP/Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration with 1-3 years in Accounts Payable & Accounting in a multinational company.
• Strong analytical and communicational skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with invoices, payments, and AP metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Make sure all AP tasks are covered and keep fluent communication and teamwork within the team.
• Perform daily operations of the Accounts Payable area: Invoices processing, payment execution, supplier's queries.
• Report scorecard and other AP metrics monthly.
