Antolin is seeking a proactive professional to lead APQP and PPAP dossiers, coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely qualification and approval in line with customer and quality standards.

The role is a maternity-cover temporary position requiring at least 2 years in APQP/PPAP, with an engineering background and strong English proficiency to support global supplier operations.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in APQP and PPAP processes.
  • Engineering degree preferred; other educational backgrounds considered with relevant experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies related to component development and industrialization.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead and manage APQP and PPAP dossiers thoughout component development and industrialization phases.
  • Coordinate supplier and internal activities to ensure project milestones and qualification requirements are achieved.
  • Monitor component validation and approval plans.
  • Review and validate APQP/PPAP documentation required for component qualification.
  • Identify risks and drive corrective actions to ensure quality, cost, and timing objectives are met.
  • Act as the liaison between suppliers and internal departments such as Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and corporate procedures.
  • Support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality.

Mission:

This temporary oportunity has been created to provide maternity leave cover, ensuring continuity and support within the Supplier Manufacturing Quality team.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in APQP and PPAP processes.
  • Engineering degree preferred; other educational backgrounds will also be considered if supported by relevant experience.
