Airbus Defence and Space in Sevilla is seeking a Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures to oversee end-to-end supply chain and ensure aerospace-grade quality across components.

The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing supplier performance, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace environment at the Tablada site.

Formación

• Degree level required or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supply chain/quality management preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage supply chain and ensure quality of aerostructures components for Airbus Defence and Space SAU.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of the aerostructures supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Develop and implement quality strategies to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and monitor performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks with contingency planning.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits (EN 9100 compliance).
• Collaborate with engineering, production and logistics for seamless operations.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements and cost optimization.

Job Description

An opportunity for Supply Chain and Quality Manager for Aerostructures has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Tablada (sevilla).

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain and ensure the quality of aerostructures components for Airbus Defence and Space SAU, guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance with aerospace industry standards.
• Oversee and optimize all aspects of the aerostructures supply chain, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
• Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure all components meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers, monitoring their performance regarding quality and delivery deadlines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain and quality processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, developing contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations (e.g., EN 9100).
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations integration.
• Analyze supply chain and quality performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal company policies and current regulations regarding health, safety, and environment.
