Flowserve is seeking a Supplier Strategy and Performance lead to drive supplier plans across a defined portfolio. You will collaborate with Category Management, BU teams and global functions to align supplier contributions with category goals and ensure value and risk management.

You will lead quarterly reviews, monitor supplier health and risk, coordinate cross-functional actions, and maintain governance of supplier master data to support supply continuity and cost competitiveness across sites.

Formación

• 5+ years in Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute supplier plans in collaboration with Category Management and BU teams.
• Monitor spend, performance and segmentation; adjust strategy as needed.
• Lead Quarterly/Strategic Business Reviews for long-term alignment.
• Coordinate supplier development, quality, and risk mitigation activities.
• Manage supplier relationships and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track supplier performance (cost, delivery, COPQ, competitiveness) and drive mitigations.

In this role you drive supplier strategy and performance for a defined portfolio. You collaborate with Category Management, BU teams and global functions to align supplier contributions with category goals, using scorecards and formal processes to monitor and improve spend, quality, compliance and risk. You will lead quarterly reviews, manage supplier health and risk, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure supply continuity and value.
