Flowserve seeks a Senior Supplier Strategy professional to drive supplier strategy across a defined portfolio in coordination with Category Management and BU teams.

You will lead quarterly reviews, monitor supplier health and risk, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure supply continuity and value across Flowserve sites.

Formación

• 5+ years in Supply Chain or related function.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional is required.
• Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to be geographically mobile.

• Develop and execute supplier strategy for defined portfolio in coordination with Category Management and BU teams.
• Lead quarterly reviews and supplier health/risk management activities.
• Monitor spend, performance, and segmentation; adjust strategy as needed.
• Ensure contractual compliance with Flowserve policies and supplier terms.
• Coordinate supplier development, quality and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Track supplier performance metrics and drive mitigations.
• Support governance and update supplier master data across sites.

In this role you drive supplier strategy and performance for a defined portfolio. You collaborate with Category Management, BU teams and global functions to align supplier contributions with category goals, using scorecards and formal processes to monitor and improve spend, quality, compliance and risk. You will lead quarterly reviews, manage supplier health and risk, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure supply continuity and value. This position offers visibility across functions and a chance to shape supplier ecosystems at scale.

• Lead Quarterly/Strategic Business Reviews for long-term alignment

• Maintain governance and updated supplier master data across sites and units
• Support issue resolution and business continuity through global resources
• Ensure governance of compliance with terms from both site and supplier perspectives
• 5+ years in Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial and technical understanding of supply chain
