About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Urban Development and Subdivision Project Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of residential development projects in Mérida, Yucatán . This role is critical for managing all aspects of site development, infrastructure installation (water, sewer, roads, electricity), and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with specific expertise in subdivision development. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, managing schedules, and ensuring the efficient progress of construction activities in this rapidly growing region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of residential subdivision development projects, from initial site work to final finishes.
• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
