You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and to strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing diverse building projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and extensive knowledge of construction methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring codes, safety, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project staff for smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and implement corrective actions.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Experience working in the Málaga area is highly advantageous.
• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, RICS) is a plus.
