Qualifications

• Six years minimum experience supervising urban development and subdivision projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of residential subdivision development projects from site work to final finishes.
• Manage on-site construction activities in line with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, addressing deviations promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and municipal authorities as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee installation of roads, utilities, and drainage systems.
