BSBI-Berlin is seeking a proactive Student Services Coordinator to support Barcelona-based operations and collaborate with the Berlin team on English and Spanish courses. You will assist with timetable management, attendance, and onboarding, coordinating student journeys across Canvas, the Student Portal, and ProQuest.

The role requires strong communication in English and Spanish, meticulous record-keeping, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Timetable management and coordination of pathways for students.
• Monitor attendance and issue warnings per policy.
• Study tools support—Canvas, Student Portal, Outlook and ProQuest.
• Event management including Orientation, info-sessions and graduation.
• Assist with visa, accommodation, health insurance and other student services.
• Coordinate disciplinary processes and prepare required letters.
