Kuup Studio is inviting a part-time, hybrid-in-Madrid role with an early-stage startup vibe. You’ll talk to business owners, feed insights back to the team, and help test features while contributing to user-visible tutorials. You’ll join a small, driven group and grow with the product as it evolves.

The role emphasizes proactive researchers who can express ideas in English and collaborate remotely or on-site in Madrid. This is a hands-on opportunity in a fast-moving startup environment.

Want to see a startup from the inside, before it gets big?

We're Kuup Studio. We build Business Brain, a Mac app that gives Claude or ChatGPT a long-term memory of your business. Every email, quote, file and decision is kept in one folder on your Mac, so the AI can finally answer "wait, what did we agree with that supplier in March?"

Right now we're four people: three students and one software engineer. We're at €20,000 ARR, still growing, and moving fast.

We're looking for a fifth. Part-time, hybrid in Madrid, starting as soon as possible.

What you'd actually do

• Talk to business owners and find out what eats their week
• Bring what you hear back to the team, then watch it get built
• Test new features before anyone else does (and break them, politely)
• Help make tutorials and help pages that people actually read

You're probably a fit if

• You're in Madrid. Studying business, computer science, design, communications, something else, or not studying at all
• You already use AI tools every day and have opinions about them
• You write clearly in English (Spanish is a bonus)
• You'd rather figure something out than wait to be told
