Job summary

Balance is building a new obesity care model in Spain, combining medical expertise, technology and human support. This role centers on mapping how we actually work today across medical, product and support teams in Madrid, and writing it down for the first time.

You’ll identify where processes break, implement fixes, and build KPI dashboards and tracking tools the team uses to decide what to do next. You’ll also dig into data and automate repetitive tasks with AI to save time.

Qualifications

• You speak Spanish and English fluently.
• You’re AI-native and have automated something real.
• You like turning messy problems into structured ones.
• You’re comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.

That is what this role is for.

What you’ll own

• Map how we actually work today across our medical, product and support teams — and write it down properly for the first time
• Find where things break, and fix them. Not just report them.
• Build the KPI dashboards and tracking tools the team uses to make decisions
• Dig into our operational and product data to answer questions nobody has answered yet
• Automate the repetitive work with AI — ours and the team’s. If something happens the same way twice a week, we’d rather you build something that does it than do it by hand.

You’ll probably enjoy this if

• You’re AI-native. These tools are part of how you work, not something you tried once. You’ve automated something real with them, and you can tell us exactly where they fall short.
• You have built something nobody asked you to build — a spreadsheet, a small tool, a newsletter, a club, a side business
• You like turning messy problems into structured ones
• You’re comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
• You speak Spanish and English fluently
• You want to see how a startup really runs, and you don’t mind that it’s sometimes messy
