Santander is seeking a Structured Finance Analyst in the United States to support the CIB Structured Finance-IC6 team. You will research, analyze, and prepare client materials, write memoranda and engagement letters, and build complex financial models in Excel.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in related fields, with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. Base pay ranges from $110,000 to $135,000 annually.

Education:

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field. - Required.
• 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience. - Preferred.
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines.

• Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s).

What Else You Need To Know:

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum: $110,000.00 USD

Maximum: $135,000.00 USD
