Rauda AI, a fast-growing AI startup building conversational agents for customer service, is offering a paid internship in Madrid. You will work directly with our CEO and commercial leadership team, tackling real business problems from day one and owning your projects.

This 6-month program is ideal for ambitious students who want hands-on experience across strategy, sales, product and customers, with exposure to international markets and the chance to contribute to go-to-market initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Build Rauda AI's go-to-market strategy across new verticals, segments and international markets.
• Design and improve internal processes to make our commercial organization faster and more scalable.
• Prepare commercial proposals, client materials and high-impact demos.
• Run market research and identify potential customers, use cases and growth opportunities.
• Support prospecting and commercial initiatives across strategic accounts.
• Work with Product and Commercial teams on customer needs, sales processes and positioning.

About The Role

We are looking for highly motivated, analytical and ambitious candidates who want to learn how a fast-growing AI company is built from the inside. This role is particularly well suited for future founders. You will work directly with our CEO and our commercial leadership team, with direct exposure to strategy, sales, product and customers. From day one, you'll work on real business problems and be expected to take ownership of your projects.

What You'll Do

• Build Rauda AI's go-to-market strategy across new verticals, segments and international markets.
• Design and improve internal processes to make our commercial organization faster and more scalable.
• Prepare commercial proposals, client materials and high-impact demos.
• Run market research and identify potential customers, use cases and growth opportunities.

What You Bring

• Excellent academic track record.
• High ownership, autonomy, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong day-to-day command of AI tools to improve productivity and output quality.
• Genuine interest in startups, AI and technology-driven business models.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, startups or similar high-performance environments is a plus.

• You must be able to sign an internship agreement with your university or educational institution.
