BlueQuo, the AI People Studio, is seeking an Operations Intern in Madrid. You will gain hands-on exposure to project management, benchmarking, and cross-functional communications in a fast-paced startup.

This paid internship offers 1:1 mentoring, real impact on strategic projects, a flexible hybrid schedule, and the possibility to stay on after the internship while developing Spanish and English language skills.

Formación

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Sociology, Engineering, or similar.
• No previous experience needed, just motivation and drive.

Responsabilidades

• Support hands-on project management and external benchmarking.
• Assist with billing and invoicing procedures and manage financial data.
• Manage IT inventory for onboarding/offboarding and be the main point of contact for tech support.
• Support HR initiatives including eNPS tracking and training-material preparation.

What you’ll do

As an Operations intern, you will be providing support in the following areas:

• Operations: Supporting hands-on project management, external benchmarking, and internal communications. Assisting with the rollout of AI initiatives across the company.
• Finance: Assisting with billing and invoicing procedures, managing documentation, and maintaining data within internal financial tools.
• IT: Managing IT inventory for onboarding and offboarding. Serving as the main point of contact for team technical support.
• Talent: Supporting the HRBP with talent initiatives, including eNPS tracking and the preparation of training materials.

What we expect from you

• Studying or recently graduated in Business, HR, Sociology, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong curiosity and proactive mindset.
• Real interest in innovation and problem solving.
• Attention to detail and ownership of your work.
• High level of Spanish and English (C1).
• No previous experience needed, just motivation and drive.
