RavenPack is seeking an AI Designer Intern to join the Marketing team in Marbella, Spain. You will work directly with our Design Lead on real production work: pages that go live, client collateral, and campaigns that go to market, using AI at the center of your workflow within our brand design system.

This internship offers hands-on mentorship, an AI-first workflow, and a path to a concrete portfolio. You will learn Framer, typography, and layout while collaborating with international teams,

• Strong eye for typography, spacing, layout, and design-system consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain blog posts, resources, and case studies in the CMS and QA across browsers.
• Assemble client-facing pages and microsites from reusable sections; verify forms and webhooks.
• Produce branded one-pagers, summaries, and decks; audit icons and assets against the brand.
• Generate campaign imagery and video with AI tools; prepare ad sets and assets.
• Build HTML widgets and animated sections ready to drop into campaigns.
• Run pre-publish checks: copy, links, mobile responsiveness, every time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

RavenPack is hiring an AI Designer Intern to join the Marketing team. You will work directly with our Design Lead on real production work: pages that go live, documents that go to clients, and campaigns that go to market. Nothing you make here gets shelved.

This is not a classic graphic design internship. You will design and produce with AI at the center of your workflow, using tools like Claude alongside our brand design system to build web pages, campaign visuals, client collateral, and interactive assets. We have prepared everything you need to succeed: a complete AI-powered design system built on our brand, working files from real projects, and locked prompt recipes for AI generation. Your job is to use them well, keep a sharp eye on quality, and tell us when something is right and when it isn't, and why.

Because Bigdata.com is a young and fast-growing product, there is real room to innovate. If you propose something good, we will use it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and update pages on bigdata.com in Framer: assemble sections from the component library, apply the design system, and keep every page consistent with the site spec.
• Maintain blog posts, resources, and case studies in the CMS: enter and migrate items, fix broken fields, and QA published pages across browsers and breakpoints.
• Assemble client-facing pitch pages and microsites from our reusable section kit, verifying every lead-capture form and webhook before and after each edit.
• Produce branded one-pagers, summaries, and decks in the print system; audit icons and assets against the brand style; prepare production-ready SVGs.
• Generate campaign imagery and video with AI tools following our locked prompt recipes; prepare ad sets in every ratio; handle loops, GIFs, and upscales for Paid Media.
• Build self-contained HTML widgets and animated sections with embedded fonts and images, ready to drop into any campaign.
• Run rigorous pre-publish checks on everything you touch: copy verbatim, links right, mobile intact, every time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently enrolled in a degree or program in Graphic Design, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field, with the ability to sign an internship agreement through your university or school.
• A strong eye for typography, spacing, layout, and design-system consistency. You notice when something is 2px off.
• Genuine curiosity for AI and generative tools, with some hands-on experience, and the patience to iterate on prompts until the output earns its place.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous: much of this work touches a live site and live lead-capture forms, so you follow the brand system and locked recipes exactly, and flag rather than improvise when something doesn't fit.
• Able to look at a piece of design, judge whether it works or not, and explain why.
• A portfolio, personal projects, or coursework you can share. It doesn't need to be polished; we want to see how you think and work.
• Based in Málaga area. RavenPack offers a Marbella shuttle bus from Malaga, Fuengirola, La Riviera, and Estepona available for free from the company.

DESIRABLE / NICE TO HAVE

• Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS: enough to read code and find what needs changing, not to write it from scratch.
• Experience with Framer, React, or another web design/production tool.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Some background in video or motion content.
• Exposure to AI generation tools such as Claude, Higgsfield, or Kling.
