ALMAR WATER is seeking a Strategy & Communications Intern in Madrid to support CSR reporting, corporate communications, and branding initiatives within a dynamic international team.

You will assist in organizing events, draft press releases, manage social channels, and contribute to marketing and cross-functional analyses across the Group.

The ideal candidate is a final-year student or recent graduate in marketing or related fields, with English fluency and strong writing skills.

Formación

• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Coordination and preparation of the CSR Report for 2026, including data collection and consolidation from multiple departments.
• Support for the management of Project Octopus (AI implementation).
• Assist in managing corporate social media channels and in content planning, creation and dissemination.
• Support the rebranding process and standardization of corporate identity across the Group and regions.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating corporate events, internal and external.
• Draft press releases, corporate communications, presentations and other materials.
• Contribute to marketing, branding and corporate positioning initiatives.
• Support Strategy, Communications and Marketing on cross-functional projects and analyses.

What would your work involve?

Functions and Responsibilities:

• Coordination and preparation of the 2026 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, including the collection, tracking, and consolidation of information from various company departments to ensure publication within established deadlines.
• Support for the management of Project Octopus (implementation of Artificial Intelligence at Almar).
• Support in managing corporate social media channels, collaborating on content planning, creation, and dissemination.
• Support for the rebranding process and the standardization of corporate identity across the Group’s various companies and geographic regions.
• Collaboration in organizing and coordinating corporate events, both internal and external.
• Support in drafting press releases, corporate communications, presentations, and other communication materials.
• Participation in marketing, branding, and corporate positioning initiatives.
• Support for the Strategy, Communication, and Marketing department on cross-functional projects and specific analyses related to the company's operations.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Interest in marketing, corporate communication, and branding.
• Knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.
• Interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence applied to the business environment.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education:

Final-year student or recent graduate degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• Previous experience in internships, university associations, or projects related to marketing and communication is a plus.
• Experience gained through internships or participation in projects related to marketing, communication, branding, social media, or event organization will be valued.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (C1 level). Native-level Spanish is valued (an English test will be conducted).
• Knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
