The Coca-Cola Co. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy Integration, Iberia to join the Europe-wide Strategy team.

You will report to the Iberia Strategy Integration Director and partner with franchise leadership and bottlers to align vision, strategies, and business plans. As a trusted advisor, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize data, and communicate risks and opportunities through compelling storytelling for leadership forums and system meetings.

Formación

• 8+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, or franchise leadership.
• Proven cross-functional initiative leadership with measurable impact.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Deep understanding of local Iberian market and regulatory landscape.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic partner to Iberia Leadership Team with analytics and tools.
• Integrate insights across Spain, Portugal, and the system to drive growth.
• Lead development of Iberia strategic agenda and market-level translation.
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives with analytics and insights.
• Provide data-driven storytelling for leadership forums and governance.
