SodaStream, a PepsiCo company, is seeking an Insights Lead for the South Europe Cluster to drive end-to-end consumer and market insights in a multi-country setting. You will translate complex data into actionable business recommendations guiding strategy across France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance and IT, leverage Power BI & Tableau, and lead governance across markets, driving a data-driven culture and cross-country collaboration.

Formación

• Experience in FMCG or consumer goods, multi-market environments.
• Strong BI and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end consumer and shopper insight generation across qualitative and quantitative research.
• Analyze market, category, and competitive data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support growth agenda including penetration, brand awareness, and behaviour change.
• Design, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data/IT to shape data-driven strategies.
