Job summary

Grupo Oesía is seeking a motivated professional to join our strategy team in Spain. You will drive the implementation of the Strategic Plan and collaborate across functions to develop strategic alliances and M&A initiatives.

You will support the company’s strategy deployment, define priorities, and monitor KPIs while preparing strategic reports and presentations for leadership. English at B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting (or Big Four), business transformation, or strategic project management roles.
• Experience in the implementation of strategic plans.
• Experience in financial analysis, business opportunity assessment, or business optimization processes.
• Ability to analyse complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Minimum B2 level of English.

Responsibilities

• Work on the implementation of the Strategic Plan, collaborating cross-functionally on the development of Strategic Alliances and M&A initiatives.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the company’s strategy, setting priorities and defining key KPIs.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations.
