Factorial HR is seeking a Strategy Associate for the Spanish Market to help scale the Strategy team. You will design scalable processes, coordinate with other teams, and implement data-driven initiatives across partnerships.

You will develop AI-driven Go-To-Market actions, own partner reporting to leadership, and help replicate successful Spanish models in new markets, contributing to growth for a leading AI business management software company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school completed.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/Investment Banking/Startup/VC.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French/German/Italian a plus.

At Factorial we're looking for a new Strategy Associate for the Spanish Market to help us support and scale our Strategy team to the next level. As part of the partner’s strategy team, you'll be in charge of design scalable processes, coordinate with other teams and ensure effective implementation.

What you’ll do

• Develop new ideas with AI that will move the needle and execute them effectively, such as new Go-To-Market actions partners motion
• Own the reporting to management team of the partners in order to give visibility and suggest new initiatives
• Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective implementation.
• Set up and maintain best-in-class tracking systems to monitor the business and make data-driven decisions
• Find new strategic partnership outside Spain
• Replicate Spanish success case in the rest of markets

What are we looking for?

• Finished a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Tier-1 business school.
• 2-3 years work experience in Strategy Consulting/ Investment Banking/ Startup/ VC.
• Strong interest in the Tech scale-ups ecosystem (i.e. Itnig) and understanding of SaaS business models.
• Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data to make informed business decisions.
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure and in a context of shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to build relationships with stakeholders and Factorial leaders.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. French, German or Italian is a nice to have.
