Factorial, a leading AI Business Management Software company, is seeking an FP&A Analyst for our Finance Team in Barcelona HQ to help shape our financial strategy and support business decisions.

You will build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; prepare monthly reports with variance analysis and KPIs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operations, and contribute to senior management presentations.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

The Role

We are looking for a FP&A Analyst who is not only experienced but also passionate about financial analysis, with high attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As Factorial continues to scale, this role will play a critical part in shaping our financial strategy, supporting business decisions, and improving processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where finance a key Partner all over the company. We expect the FP&A Analyst to help us in driving the change, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance business and financial strategies.

The candidate's main tasks will include

• Building financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis.
• Preparing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conducting in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.
• Assisting in the creation of financial presentations for senior management.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and planning tools.

Requirements

• You are fluent in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience working with fast-growing tech companies or in high-growth environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and strong communication skills.
