Parloa seeks a Senior Value Engineer to own the financial narrative of strategic enterprise deals, shaping how customers quantify and commit to the value of agentic AI. You’ll bridge Sales, Solution Engineering, and executives to translate capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

You will build CFO-grade ROI models, facilitate value discovery sessions, and develop frameworks to enable value-led conversations across the sales cycle.

Formación

• 5–8+ years in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory within enterprise SaaS or B2B.
• Proven ROI models and business cases that influenced multi-million euro deals.
• Strong financial modeling expertise (NPV, IRR, TCO, payback).
• Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales environments.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear, compelling business narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead value engagements across the sales cycle from framing to post-live validation.
• Build CFO-grade ROI models quantifying impact on cost, productivity, revenue, and CX.
• Facilitate executive value discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
• Develop value-led frameworks and tooling for sales and solution engineering.
• Support high-priority deals by shaping value narratives for pricing and expansion.
• Create scalable models and playbooks from field insights.
