Parloa is seeking a Lead/Senior Solution Engineer to help customers understand and realize the value of Parloa’s conversational AI platform. You’ll guide prospects through the technical journey from discovery and design to validation and handover, operating at the intersection of technology and business.

This role requires 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS or enterprise tech, deep API and cloud know-how, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business

Formación

• 5+ years in a Solution Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role within SaaS/enterprise technology.
• Strong technical foundation across APIs, cloud environments, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical aspects of the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design to validation through PV and PoC engagements.
• Design scalable, enterprise-ready solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives, co-owning accounts and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the customer by feeding insights into Product and Engineering to shape roadmap.
• Work with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and global Solution Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
