Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence, is seeking a Value Engineer to support AI-driven transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will work with Senior and Lead VEs to combine consulting and technical execution, building business value through the Celonis Platform and AI tools.

You will engage with stakeholders, manage programs, and contribute to scalable value realization, while partnering with product teams to drive new use cases and ROI for customers.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in consulting or value engineering.
• AI tools proficiency to generate technical outputs and collaborate with technical teams.
• Strong English and Italian communication; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Value selling and realization: discover opportunities and map Celonis into the customer tech stack.
• Stakeholder management: engage with project managers and middle management.
• Program management: execute transformation programs and track milestones.
• Platform & AI fluency: use AI tools for outputs while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for solution builds.
• Scale value and innovation: identify expansion opportunities and provide feedback to product teams.
