Trinetix in Madrid is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects from inception to delivery with a strong focus on organization and analytics.

You will set up delivery processes, define scope and milestones, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risks and reporting to stakeholders. English proficiency required; PMP/SAFe/enterprise experience is a plus.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT project management experience with end-to-end delivery oversight.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple streams with clear governance.
• Ability to forecast impacts and adjust schedules to meet timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for successful project delivery.
• Set-up and tailor delivery process.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Plan resources and assemble the project team.
• Lead and motivate the team; create a collaborative atmosphere.
• Create schedule and project timeline; manage estimation and scope.
• Risk management; implement and manage change when necessary.
• Ensure continuous process improvement and track deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project status; resolve issues.
• Ensure project and product quality and customer satisfaction.
