Plain Concepts seeks a Portfolio Director with a strong technical background and strategic mindset to lead high-performing technology consulting teams. You will drive delivery excellence, grow strategic accounts, and own relationships across national and international engagements, guiding delivery across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies.

You will manage 30–60 professionals, shape proposals, and act as a trusted partner for clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Fluent English and Spanish; experience in a technology consulting or services company.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• At least 5 years leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams; 10+ years in technology environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical and delivery teams of 30–60 professionals across projects.
• Drive project delivery, grow strategic accounts, and own key client relationships.
• Own the definition and presentation of proposals for clients.
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and value creation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
