Plain Concepts is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead high-performing teams in technology consulting, driving both delivery and account growth. You will own proposals, manage client relationships, and steer cross-functional teams across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies.

The role blends technical leadership with people management and business development, working with national and international clients.

Formación

Ten+ years in technology environments with leadership of large engineering/delivery teams.
Proven background in technology consulting is mandatory.
Experience in account farming and growth beyond delivery.
Strong web tech and Microsoft ecosystem knowledge; Cloud/AI/Big Data.
Experience handling complex projects and international clients.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Lead technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts ensuring quality and value.
Drive farming initiatives: identify opportunities, craft proposals, grow accounts.
Supervise and coordinate teams of 20–30 professionals across disciplines.
Ensure excellence in project delivery across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft tech.
Define and present client proposals; be the main technical and business contact.
Promote collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
Manage client relationships ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
