Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Madrid to connect great talent with meaningful opportunities within a global logistics leader. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers and People Partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will craft sourcing strategies, screen and interview candidates, coordinate assessments, and stay informed on market trends to advise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment in an international or matrixed organization.
• Solid understanding of sourcing, screening, assessment, offer management and compliance.
• Ability to develop sourcing plans and engage candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategic sourcing plans for open positions.
• Advertise vacancies through relevant channels and build candidate pipelines.
• Review applications and conduct phone screenings and recruitment interviews.
• Coordinate skills assessments and background checks per policy.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
