Job summary

TD SYNNEX Spain is seeking a Software Operations procurement professional based in Barcelona. You will manage software vendor purchases, monitor licensing programs, and support digital transformation initiatives across the RiBS team.

You will handle PO management, vendor relationships, and data-driven insights while collaborating with cross-functional groups to improve order quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and BW and strong Excel skills.
• Proficient English; additional languages a plus.
• Analytical and organized with customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and ensure SLA compliance.
• Manage internal and vendor accounts with data integrity.
• Analyze order quality and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with local teams and RiBS departments on projects.
