TD SYNNEX in Barcelona seeks a Vendor Operations Analyst to support the Category/Business manager in vendor operations, data integrity, and reporting. You will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate data, pricing strategies, and stock management.

Responsibilities include ship/debit processes, provision management, BI reporting, and GP target achievement. The role requires strong numeracy, Excel expertise, and excellent communication within a technology business.

Formación

• Numerical aptitude demonstrated in past roles.
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and levels.
• Advanced MS Excel for data modelling and reporting.
• Experience with MS Word and Outlook for documentation and coordination.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT products, vendors, and channels preferred.
• ERP and data warehouse experience (SAP R/3, BW) an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle management and data accuracy.
• Contribute to vendor pricing strategy with profit team for exceptions.
• Manage ship and debit processes with central teams.
• Coordinate with purchasing on provision management and stock allocation.
• Generate sales out and stock reports with BI and propose execution plans.
• Support GP targets through accurate forecasting and analysis.
• Maintain relationships with vendor peers and discuss future products.
• Input into and execute the business plan with vendor leads.
• Assist sales floor with pricing and product queries.
