TD SYNNEX in Barcelona seeks an IT Global Category Lead to drive annual sourcing plans, negotiate with suppliers, and deliver $3M–$5M in P&L savings. The role includes leading RFP projects, SoWs, and ongoing supplier relationship management.

The position requires >5 years of relevant experience, a quantitative degree (Master’s preferred), and fluent English with strong stakeholder influence. Hybrid work and multi-country exposure offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Finance)
• Master’s/Post Graduate Degree is preferred
• Fluent English and local/regional languages are required
• Experience in IT, Finance, Logistics, or Marketing categories is expected
• Ability to negotiate and manage senior stakeholder relationships

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual sourcing/category plans with key business stakeholders.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to deliver P&L savings of $3M–$5M.
• Lead RFP projects to select strategic suppliers and manage contracts.
• Oversee Statement of Work and contract negotiations.
• Represent TD SYNNEX in quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
