Pioneers is seeking a Creative Marketing Lead to build our social media, content, and creator strategy from the ground up. This hands-on role will develop the strategy and execute it—from content creation and copywriting to influencer partnerships and measuring impact on candidate growth.

You’ll shape how we present ourselves online, experiment with new ideas, and build a marketing engine that directly supports recruitment in healthcare staffing.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, creative marketing, or a related field.
• Experience directly owning and growing social channels.
• Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling skills.
• Hands-on experience creating short-form video and social content.
• Experience with analytics and performance data to guide strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own social media end to end: Lead strategy, content calendars, publishing, community management, and reporting across our social channels.
• Create content: Shoot and edit short-form video, write hooks and captions, create graphics, and turn recruiter knowledge and clinician stories into engaging content.
• Build our influencer program: Identify and vet healthcare creators, manage outreach, negotiate partnerships, develop creative briefs, coordinate content, and measure performance.
• Turn our community into stories: Partner with recruiters and clinicians to develop testimonials, assignment stories, and other authentic content.
• Connect marketing to recruiting: Build campaigns and lead-generation initiatives that turn engagement into applicants and candidates.
• Measure what works: Track engagement, audience growth, qualified applicants, creator performance, and placements to determine what’s working and where we should invest next.
