Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Global Social Media Content Manager to lead social-first content across international markets from Barcelona, Spain. You will drive engaging copy, visuals and videos in collaboration with global teams.

You will manage content calendars, coordinate with product launches and scientific communications, ensure brand consistency, and optimize performance with data-driven insights. International healthcare sector experience is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating social-first and short-form video content.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro/CapCut.

• Support awareness and educational initiatives.
• Balance scientific accuracy with audience engagement.
• Support community management activities.
• Monitor conversations across social platforms.
• Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.
• Identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Produce recommendations based on audience insights.
• Support reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain content quality across all platforms.

We are looking for a Global Social Media Content Manager to create engaging, social-first content that enhances brand visibility, customer engagement and digital reach across international markets.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will lead the creation of high-quality content while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support global marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the global social media content calendar.
• Execute content plans aligned with the overall social media strategy.
• Coordinate content with product launches, campaigns and scientific communications.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Content Creation

• Produce engaging social-first content including videos, graphics, carousels and copy.
• Develop campaign content packages ready for localization.
• Coordinate production with internal teams and external agencies.
• Support local market activation.

Scientific & Educational Content

• Transform complex scientific topics into engaging digital content.
• Support awareness and educational initiatives.
• Balance scientific accuracy with audience engagement.

Community Engagement

• Support community management activities.
• Monitor conversations across social platforms.
• Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement.

Performance Analysis

• Identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Produce recommendations based on audience insights.
• Support reporting activities.

Brand Governance

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Maintain content quality across all platforms.

Profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Experience creating social-first and short-form video content.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or modern content creation tools such as Canva Pro or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• International experience and healthcare industry exposure are a plus.
