Job summary

Sales roles at Salesforce's Agentforce Service offer opportunities to drive growth across Contact Center, ITSM, and HR Service platforms. You will focus on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, translating customer needs into concrete value propositions and strategic plans.

You will engage stakeholders across sales, services, and partner ecosystems, presenting solutions and aligning teams to advance complex enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• Must have proven quota-carrying, tech solution sales experience.
• Experience selling Contact Center, ITSM, HR Service, or Service Engagement software.
• Strong discovery and solutioning skills with the ability to build account plans around upsell/cross-sell growth.
• Confident written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account plans to retain and grow ACV with existing customers.
• Conduct discovery to uncover processes, objectives, and goals and translate to use cases.
• Craft and present value propositions across Agentforce and Service Cloud stack.
• Align account teams and partner ecosystems to move deals forward.
