Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in Madrid is seeking a Sales Planning & Forecasting Analyst to enable accurate sales forecasts, support financial planning, and drive commercial performance. This role will align sales strategies with financial goals and ensure robust P&L management.

The analyst will refine forecasts, analyze data, partner with Finance for budget alignment, and develop dashboards for senior leadership to monitor performance and costs. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or financial analysis in a regional scope (1–2 years).
• Strong understanding of P&L management and financial control.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Familiarity with forecasting platforms (SAP, Anaplan) and CRM/ERP systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; able to manage complexity across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of sales forecasts.
• Analyze historical data, trends, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly/quarterly planning cycles, forecast reviews, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance to align forecasts with P&L targets and budget planning.
• Monitor and report revenue, margin, and profitability metrics; provide insights.
• Develop dashboards and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Contribute to forecasting tools, models, and processes.
