Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Research Operations or related leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end research and insights lifecycle.
• Hands-on with enterprise-scale research tools and recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of governance, privacy, data handling and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the ResearchOps operating model and workflows.
• Establish and scale participant management processes including recruitment and scheduling.
• Own governance, ethics, and privacy compliance frameworks for research.
• Develop and manage research knowledge repositories across the enterprise.
• Lead tools and platform ecosystem, including licensing and vendor management.
• Drive competency programs through onboarding, templates, and coaching.
• Measure ResearchOps effectiveness via metrics and impact analytics.
• Champion AI-enabled research operations with responsible automation.
