Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to guide MiFID II, UCITS and MAR compliance across its investment services. You’ll advise the business on regulatory topics and help establish and monitor controls.

In a fast-moving digital environment, you will develop and execute a world-class compliance framework, support operations, and interact with regulators to ensure full compliance and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Clear, practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR.
• Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of conducting regulatory gap analyses.
• Strong policy creation and implementation capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as regulatory compliance expert across onboarding, product governance, and launches.
• Monitor, test, and report on regulatory architecture effectiveness.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure local regulation compliance.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training.
• Liaise with regulators and support regulatory interactions.
