Key Business Development Professional
This role will be key to our growth strategy in the region, focusing on developing a network of regional sales partners and distributors. You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- You will identify and continuously supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors.
- You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term relationships.
- You will organize and coordinate training sessions for partners, including product training, while ensuring the effective implementation of a partner program.
- You will define and drive business plans with partners, monitoring their growth and development.
- You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting solutions and strengthening brand presence.
- You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to achieve business targets, collaborating closely with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, and acting as a key point of contact for the company.

Qualifications
- You have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification - ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- You have relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors, and have been able to successfully develop partners strategically and economically.
- You are an excellent communicator and interact confidently with partners and customers.
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50% of business days) and enjoy presenting and promoting solutions during customer meetings and negotiations.
