Neotalent, the responsive people, in Madrid is seeking a full-time procurement professional to support direct material purchases for MEMESA production. You will liaise with the LBU team and manage supplier data, ensuring legal and environmental standards are met.

Based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area, the role involves coordinating transport resources and optimizing deliveries to MEMESA Smelter, using SAP and other IT tools to streamline procurement workflows.

Formación

• Support & analyze purchase of direct material (Core collection) for MEMESA production needs.
• Familiarity with EU laws and OECD regulations on legal and environmental requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lead business unit (LBU) team, looking for opportunities & daily management of our supplier portfolio.
• Control inbound data versus plant production needs. Set appropriate logistic flows (acid control, Bins/Bulk operations, and mavericks' strategy) to support local procurement team.
• Supervise MEMESA plant needs according to production outlook.
• Develop Transport strategy (Cost / Suppliers selection). Manage & negotiate Core collection transport.
• Assist local procurement team with E-Procurement system (SAP orders & stat , Konzmann, Zycus and other IT tools).
• Manage supplier accounts: Data base management, legal compliance, invoicing, etc.
• Assist local LBU business to meet all legal and environmental requirements according to the EU laws and OECD. Support regulations & transboundary movement of recoverable waste.
• Development and maintenance of KPI dashboard.
• Development and Monitoring of KPI dashboards.
