BTD is seeking a procurement professional in Madrid to identify and develop suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage orders. You will maintain supplier relationships, coordinate ERP records, and monitor KPIs to optimize costs and delivery performance.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or business, 5+ years in similar roles, and strong negotiation, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Experience in water treatment projects is highly valued.

Formación

• University degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Master's in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement or similar roles.
• Experience with water treatment plant projects is valued.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work cross‑functionally.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic and potential suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and supply agreements.
• Maintain and strengthen supplier relationships and performance.
• Coordinate and update the supplier database and ERP records.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure continuous follow‑up.
• Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and cost control.
• Monitor KPIs to measure procurement efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality to resolve issues.
