Clarios, the global leader in advanced energy storage solutions, seeks a procurement specialist to support direct material purchases for MEMESA production in Madrid. You will manage inbound data, optimize transport and supplier relationships, and ensure EU regulatory compliance with OECD guidelines, collaborating with international stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years in industrial procurement, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in industrial procurement or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Lead business unit (LBU) team and manage supplier portfolio.
• Control inbound data against production needs.
• Set appropriate logistic flows to support local procurement.
• Supervise MEMESA plant needs according to production outlook.
• Develop transport strategy and supplier selection.
• Manage & negotiate Core collection transport.
• Assist local procurement with SAP orders and IT tools.
• Ensure compliance with EU laws and OECD regulations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and monitor notification status for approved lanes.
• Optimize inbound of Cores and communicate with MEMESA and suppliers to avoid bottlenecks.
