Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an experienced bid/proposal professional to lead RFQ/RFP responses and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will manage schedules, develop content with SMEs, and ensure compliant submissions that meet quality standards.

Strong editing and publishing skills are essential for effective client communications. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in marketing or proposals, with advanced MS Office proficiency and a proven ability to work with remote teammates

Formación

• 7+ years of marketing or proposal experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of marketing, business development and/or proposal field.
• Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics and Acrobat.
• Attention to detail and solid English grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work with remote teammates and collaborate across groups.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and schedules, maintaining Hargrove quality standards.
• Co-manage with Proposal Manager the proposal activity and document development.
• Develop content from SMEs and adapt for purpose with marketing materials.
• Perform desktop publishing, formatting, proofreading and visual design for readability.
• Coordinate submittal, delivery and packaging of responses to clients.
• Maintain library of standard qualification documents and update with corporate data.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and BD for rate sheets, templates, and reviews.
