Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead technical aspects of assignments and support the Project Manager in controlling cost, schedule, and client satisfaction. The role requires coordinating engineers and designers, ensuring design basis and codes compliance, and providing field support as needed.

Education includes a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering with PMP preferred and 5+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering.
• PMP registration preferred.
• Professional licensure desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on projects with minimal supervision.
• Establish design criteria and ensure codes and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to align inter-disciplinary work.
• Produce conceptual layouts, cost studies and preliminary designs.
• Check vendor drawings and perform fieldwork as needed.
