Job summary

LaFinteca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own planning, driving, and delivering strategic and operational projects across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align objectives, optimize processes, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall governance frameworks.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and operational projects.
• Establish project plans, milestones, KPIs, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear ownership across departments.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and budgets.
• Oversee and optimize tools like Asana and Jira; maintain dashboards and reporting structures.
• Improve project management methodologies and governance practices.
