METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Project Controller to monitor and manage project costs, prepare budgets and cost reports, and work with finance and procurement to ensure profitability. The role requires 2–5 years in cost control and strong Excel skills, with ERP experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of proven cost control, budgeting or financial analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage project or operational costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Track expenses and analyze deviations between actual costs and planned budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement and finance to ensure cost efficiency.
• Review purchase orders, invoices and contracts for proper cost allocation.
• Assist in preparing project budgets and financial plans.
• Identify potential cost overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain cost control systems and financial documentation.
• Support audits by providing relevant cost data and reports.
• Analyze historical data to improve future cost estimates.
