METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Project Controller to monitor and manage project costs, prepare budgets and cost reports, and work with finance and procurement to ensure profitability. The role requires 2–5 years in cost control and strong Excel skills, with ERP experience preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business administration or related field.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A Project Controller is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and managing project or operational costs to ensure that expenditures remain within approved budgets. The role involves preparing cost reports, forecasting expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting financial planning to improve profitability and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial audits by providing relevant cost data and reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial analysis (typically 2–5 years).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost management techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management and cost estimation methods.
• Ability to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
