Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, in Madrid is seeking an Agile Product Owner Lead Analyst to translate product strategy into actionable backlog items and partner closely with the Agile Product Manager to balance customer needs with business outcomes for high-value delivery.

You will lead PI planning, own backlog quality in Jira, and collaborate with UX, analytics, and stakeholders across regions to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product vision, roadmap, and outcomes with Agile Product Manager.
• Maintain delivery progress and milestones visible.
• Represent customer voice in backlog priorities.
• Refine features and decompose into user stories.
• Own Jira backlog quality and approve stories.
• Lead PI planning cycles and team execution.
• Collaborate with QA/UAT and other teams to track quality.
• Ensure analytics monitor utilization and delivery performance.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to embed customer voice across delivery cycle.
