Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Productivity Excellence & Strategic Programs for South EMEA, reporting to the Head of Productivity, South. You’ll design prescriptive enablement and sales programs, turning productivity insights into scalable initiatives across the region.

In this role, you’ll own program delivery from concept to execution, drive analytics, and collaborate with Sales Leaders, Programs Managers, and Enablement Partners to maximize impact and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience across Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations.
• Program or project management experience in a sales environment, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards, plus the ability to draw actionable insights from both data and stakeholder interviews.
• Experience designing or influencing revenue-generating programs, campaigns, and go-to-market motions.
• Executive presence: the ability to read the room, adapt to stakeholder needs, and build strong relationships across the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage directly with senior sales leaders and balance multiple competing priorities.
• A proven ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement calendar, content quality, stakeholder alignment, and post-event activation and compliance tracking.
• Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Programs Managers, and Enablement Business Partners to translate business outcomes into enablement plans that drive measurable impact.
• Drive strategic projects end to end, including program adoption support, pipeline programs, reporting dashboards, compliance tracking, and tooling.
• Turn data into actionable insights and prescriptive sales plays with measurable ACV and pipeline-generation impact.
• Work closely with Sales Productivity Analysts and Futureforce early-career talent, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to build a scalable program-delivery capability across the region.
• Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to South EMEA Sales Leaders on productivity and program execution.
