Sanofi in Barcelona/Madrid seeks a Senior Product Manager for Immunology Alliance to own the Dupixent strategy and drive execution. You will guide cross-functional teams across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Global Marketing to maximize commercial impact.

The role requires leading multi-year brand plans, strategic insights from local markets, and strong stakeholder engagement, with a focus on regulatory and ethical standards. Include budget oversight and team mentorship.

Formación

• Proven experience leading multi-year brand strategy.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Marketing.
• Background in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and own multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication.
• Influence global plan strategies and adapt to affiliate level.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Global Marketing.
• Develop resources for the field force ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Manage A&P budget to maximize ROI and optimize marketing investments.
• Engage with KOLs and patient groups to strengthen brand positioning.
